Have you ever felt the roar of a jet engine in your chest? Come join Panacea Adventures as we bury our toes in the white sands, and rest our bones in the cool blue water to watch the Blue Angels do their practice run. The jets fly right over head, close enough you can wave hello to the pilot. Bring along up to 3 adults, and 3 children under 12, for this thrilling adventure few get to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please contact us 24 hours before the scheduled time. Any cancellation after 24 hour time, will be charged a 20% fee. This charter agreement entered into on this _____ day of _________________ 202__ between Panacea Adventures LLC, hereinafter referred to as OWNER and ____________________ or their assignee (hereinafter referred to as the Charterer. WITNESSETH: Whereas the OWNER is the registered OWNER of the vessel described as: 2021 Tidewater 198CC registration number FL0226TC And whereas the CHARTERER wished to charter the said vessel; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premise and covenants, the parties mutually agree as follows: 1. The charter shall be for a period of 2 (two) hours unless otherwise stated by the owner. 2. The compensation for said charter shall be as follows: Payment shall be made to Panacea Adventures and shall be in the form of a Credit Card, or PayPal, or by premade arrangements to be paid in cash/Venmo before the charter begins. 3. Releasors, and/or Other Person(s) shall defend, indemnify and hold release harmless from any and all claims of any person or entity that arise out of or relate to Boating Activities or other activities, the Agreement or the vessel or equipment covered by the Agreement. 4. Releasors, and/or Other Person(s) expressly agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Alabama and Florida in the United States and that if any portion is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full force and effect. 5. Releasors, and/or Other Pearson(s) shall remember that Dolphins and Sealife are wild animals, living in the wild. They shall not be touched or fed. A sizeable fine can be impeached upon any person(s) attempting to do so. 6. Releasors, and/or Other Pearson(s) understand that Panacea Adventures and its crew will do everything in their power to give a wonderful adventure, No refunds if wildlife can't be found. Releasors, and /or Other Person(s) warrant and represent that they have carefully read this Release, that they execute this Release with full knowledge of all rights, they may have with respect to the matters set forth in this Release, that they have had independent legal advice or the opportunity to obtain such advise before executing their Release, and that they executed this Release of their own free will.
